Ski Boot Technician

Are you a passionate skier/snowboarder looking to work within the snow sports industry?

Profeet are currently building their team for the coming ski season and are looking to recruit hardworking and self-motivated people with a passion for the mountains for the role of Ski Boot Fitter at their London store.

The role involves the following duties and responsibilities:

Providing outstanding customer service in a fast-paced working environment

Recommendation and customisation of ski boots

Fabrication of custom insoles

Working with new and previous customers to solve comfort issues.

The Ideal Candidate:

Previous participation in skiing.

Experience of working in sales or retail.

Excellent communication

Able to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

Good time management and ability to multi-task.

Delivering an outstanding customer service.

The successful candidate will be trained in the latest technologies in foot scanning, footwear science and biomechanics. Moulding and fabrication of custom insoles. Along with the techniques involved in ski boot modification and selection.

The role is seasonal, with the contract dates starting September 2025 through to the end of March 2026 with the possibility of extension for the right candidate. With working days are Tuesday to Saturday, with late closing on a Thursday.

We offer a competitive package. An hourly rate of £13.85 (London Living Wage) along with an end-of-season bonus dependent on the business performance. Further benefits include staff discounts and pro deals, social events and extensive training.
