Field Based Kitchen Sales Designer – Plymouth Area

Description

We're looking for a Field–Based Kitchen Designer to support a group of trade depots across the Plymouth area. This is a varied and rewarding role where you'll use your design skills to support our depot teams, work with our trade customers and their clients.

You won't be based in just one depot, instead, you'll be the design specialist across multiple locations. You'll help depots make the most of every design opportunity, improve the customer experience and ensure we continue to deliver the high standards Howdens is known for.

What we are looking for:

Strong design interest with excellent attention to detail Ability to build trusted relationships with trade customers, designers and depot teams Confident communicator who can adapt to different environments and people Organised, proactive and able to prioritise a varied workload across multiple depots Full UK Driving licence with access to your own vehicle CAD experience is preferred but not essential full training is provided

What you will be doing:

Supporting a group of depots by providing high–quality kitchen designs Delivering exceptional customer service from concept to completion Working closely with trade customers and their clients to understand project needs Conducting home visits to measure, assess and bring design ideas to life Offering expert product knowledge and design advice throughout the project Helping depots maximise design opportunities and maintain consistent service levels Working flexibly across multiple locations based on business need
