We’re hiring ambitious, energetic Lead Generation Specialists to join a fast-growing utilities provider supporting businesses across Durham, Sunderland and the wider North East.

This is not cold, door-knocking sales. You’ll be calling warm B2B leads, speaking to business owners and decision-makers about waste, water and utility cost optimisation. If you know how to build rapport quickly, ask smart questions and create commercial conversations, you’ll thrive here.

The Role

Outbound calls to warm B2B prospects across the UK

Booking qualified appointments and identifying switching opportunities

*

Building strong first-touch relationships with business decision-makers

*

Managing your own pipeline and hitting achievable targets

*

Working closely with an experienced sales team to convert opportunities

Proven B2B sales or lead generation experience (essential)

Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills
