What You'll Do

As a Business Development Consultant/Leader, you will:

Identify new business opportunities with schoolsBuild and nurture lasting relationships with clients and candidatesDevelop an understanding of client needs to provide tailored recruitment solutionsWork closely with the team to ensure a seamless hiring process for our clientsAttend client meetings and networking events to expand the businessAchieve and exceed sales targets/KPI'sAbout You

We're looking for someone who:

Is passionate about building relationships and has a great and experienced approach for connecting with peopleHas experience in hospitality or a similar sector that involves relationship–building, customer service, or client managementPossesses strong communication and negotiation skillsIs self–motivated, target–driven, and enjoys working in a results–oriented environmentPrevious experience in recruitment is not required, but an interest in the education sector is a plusWhat We Offer
