Description
We are recruiting on behalf of a growing and ambitious business for a Client Relations Executive (Internal Sales) to join their commercial team.
This is an exciting opportunity for a driven and commercially minded individual who thrives in a fast-paced sales environment. The successful candidate will take ownership of projects within a designated geographical area, building strong client relationships, identifying opportunities, and helping drive revenue growth.
Working closely with Business Development and leadership teams, you will play a key role in managing project pipelines, securing meetings, supporting proposals, and ensuring exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.

Key Responsibilities
Proactively follow up and manage all live projects within your designated area
Track project progress, identify opportunities and maintain strong pipeline visibility
Take ownership of pricing and profitability across live opportunities
Support the preparation of proposals and mock-ups to maximise project conversion
Identify and secure new business opportunities through proactive outreach and relationship management
Develop and maintain strong relationships with contractors, subcontractors, and key decision-makers
Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain regular client communication
Lead negotiations confidently, focusing on value-led selling rather than price competition
Arrange and coordinate high-quality meetings for the Business Development Manager
Maintain accurate CRM records including pipeline activity, project updates, and conversion tracking
Monitor sales performance and identify opportunities for improvement
Support internal meetings, administrative duties, and wider team activities where required
Skills, Experience and Training Requirements
Previous experience within internal sales, client relations, customer service, or business development
Strong commercial awareness and understanding of sales processes
Experience working within a specification or project led sales environment would be advantageous
Excellent IT and CRM system skills, ideally with experience using Zoho or similar platforms
Strong communication and relationship-building abilities
Confident negotiating and influencing stakeholders at all levels
Highly organised with strong time management skills
Persistent, motivated, and results driven approach
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
Full UK driving licence required
