An Award Winning Independent Garage Group is looking for a Technician Sales Advisor to join their team.

The ideal candidate will:

Have a good understanding of modern vehicle systems and repair methods. Be able to understand diagnostic findings and translate them into clear, customer–friendly explanations. Produce accurate repair estimates and confidently discuss repair options with customers. Be confident using modern technology, including garage management systems, online repair information, AI tools and Microsoft Office. Be organised, process–driven and comfortable working to standard operating procedures. Have excellent telephone and face–to–face communication skills. Be able to build trust with customers and confidently convert estimates into authorised work without using high–pressure sales techniques. This role would suit candidates with the following background/ experience

Senior Vehicle Technician looking to move off the tool Diagnostic Technician. Workshop Controller Experienced Service Advisor with strong technical knowledge. Parts Manager. Bodyshop Estimator. Automotive Technical Support or Warranty Advisor. In return an attractive package of 45K– 50K will be offered as well as 5 day working hours with no weekends.
