Sell new vehicles across a range of models, from compact cars to large SUVsPromote and upsell accessories, add–ons, and finance products to meet sales targetsBuild and maintain excellent customer relationshipsKeep customers informed on delivery progress and advise on potential delaysResolve customer queries efficiently and professionallyCollect payments and explain vehicle warranties and service arrangementsIntroduce customers to the Service Department where applicableDemonstrate vehicle features and provide ongoing support throughout the sales processWork closely with the sales team and management to achieve individual and group targetsMaintain a professional and engaging experience for all customersRequirements of the Car Sales Executive:

Proven vehicle sales experience, ideally within a franchise–approved dealership environment; individuals with non–franchise experience will also be consideredStrong desire to achieve sales results and deliver excellent customer serviceAbility to work independently with high energy and commitmentBrand–focused with a proactive approach to sales opportunitiesValid UK driving licence with minimal pointsPositive attitude, excellent communication skills, and a genuine passion for automotive salesThis role offers a competitive remuneration package, excellent training, and the chance to develop a long–term career within a well–established organisation known for its high standards and customer satisfaction.
