Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve and surpass sales targetsDevelop and implement effective sales strategies to maximise revenueDeliver excellent customer service and foster long–term client relationshipsManage the sales process from initial contact through to vehicle handoverMaintain comprehensive knowledge of vehicle stock, finance options, and market trendsEnsure a professional and engaging customer buying journeyOversee administrative and organisational tasks related to sales operationsSupport the team in achieving their personal and team targetsRequirements:
