Sand Finish roofing felt.
Perfectly use-able, reason for price reduction is the overlap area needs to be considerably wider than most installations due to manufacturer fault around the overlap edge.
Instead of a 10cm overlap, it will be more likely approx a 40cm overlap which acounts for nearly half of the width and therefore the price of a 10m roll is now £2 - which, under all circumstances, is an absolute bargain .
