As the General Manager of a premium residence in Salford, you'll be the heartbeat of the building - the go-to person for your team, your residents and your community.
You'll:
Lead, coach and energise your onsite teamMake sure residents have an amazing experience from move-in to move-outKeep the building running smoothly (operations, safety, compliance, maintenance)Manage budgets, contractors and service standardsBuild partnerships locally and help shape the community vibeBring ideas, fun and energy - and turn the building into the place to live Who We're Looking For
If you've been a:
Retail Store ManagerHotel Manager or DeputyHospitality General ManagerLeisure / Gym / Venue Manager and you're a natural leader who thrives in a fast-paced, people-focused environment, you'll fit right in.
You'll need:
2-3+ years' management experienceA "lead from the front" styleGreat organisation and problem-solving skillsA passion for delivering brilliant customer experienceThe confidence to run a building like it's your own (Due to high application volumes, we may only contact shortlisted candidates.)
