What you'll be doing

Leading and motivating a large team to deliver standout service and strong commercial results

Embedding new store standards following substantial investment

Building a high-performance culture through coaching, development and clear succession planning

Owning the P&L, analysing data and identifying opportunities to grow the business

Working closely with senior leaders to ensure the store becomes a benchmark within the region

A proven General Store Manager, Store Manager or Area Manager from a high-volume, customer-focused retail environment
