Description
We are urgently seeking an experienced Purchasing Administrator to support a busy buying and procurement team on a short‑term basis. This role is critical to helping meet immediate production targets and would suit someone who can hit the ground running in a fast‑paced engineering or manufacturing environment.

What You'll Be Doing
You'll play a key part in keeping production on track by supporting core purchasing and administrative tasks, including:
Retrieving Bill of Materials (BoM) data and flagging any discrepancies
Raising basic RFQs and Purchase Orders within the MRP system
Chasing supplier lead times and following up on catalogue purchases
Reconciling and organising invoices from previous orders
Supporting online store purchasing and basket setup
Conducting basic stock checks and capturing data within the Stores function
What We're Looking For
Required:
Strong IT skills (Microsoft Office, MS Teams, Outlook)
3+ years' experience xjnqpsq in a purchasing administration role
Understanding of RFQs, POs and invoice processes
Confident communicator with strong organisational skill
On‑site presence in Fareham at least three days per week is essential to ensure familiarity with the product and processes.
