Payroll Officer
This is a Payroll Officer role for a retail company in Lytham. You will be responsible for the shared running of a payroll of 1000 employees. This is an excellent employer with great benefits and opportunity to develop your payroll career.
Responsibilities
Full end to end Payroll processing
High volume on payroll
Collation and input of all relevant information
New starters, leavers, benefits, contract changes, sickness absence payments, allowances, maternity, apprentice levy and paternity pay
To administer SSP, SMP and SPP
Analysis of payroll Data
Understanding of gender pay gap & National living wage
RTI Submissions
Manual calculations
P11d's ,P60's,P45's
Tax calculations
NI, Overtime and other deductions
Auto enrolment
Pension deductions Requirements
Excel including V look up
Proactive approach
Excellent attention to detail
Manual calculation ability
