The Role

* Doing the day to day running of a gorgeous optical practice

* Ensuring that customer service is at the top of your agenda

* Staff training and keeping the team motivated and engaged

* Administration responsibilities and compliance

* Optical experience and previous experience in leadership roles

* Excellent communication skills and self-motivated

* Confident, friendly and organised
