Own and manage specific product areas, supporting the Senior Merchandiser to deliver effective merchandising strategiesWork closely with the merchandising team to create and present strategy packs, ensuring product data is accurate and up to datePartner with the buying team to shape seasonal plans through data analysis, KPI reporting, and trend insightsAnalyse performance to highlight bestsellers, key trends, and trading opportunitiesIdentify core lines, balancing stock levels to maximise availability and minimise terminal stockCarry out ad-hoc analysis to support commercial and trading decisionsManage new product introductions, ensuring alignment with buying plans and timelinesTrack sales performance against the WSSI, identifying risks and opportunities to drive sales and profitShare performance insights with buying teams, flagging concerns earlyReview and support stock distribution across stores and online, working collaboratively with merchandising and warehouse teamsOversee delivery commitments, cost changes, and ensure product lines remain on track with departmental goalsWhat you'll bring as a Merchandiser
Experience in a similar merchandising role, ideally within retail or e-commerceExposure to end-to-end seasonal planning and strategyStrong analytical ability, confident working with data to inform decisionsExcellent attention to detail and solid administration skillsA collaborative, proactive mindset and a drive to improve margins and commercial performance
