Salary: £30,000 - 38,000 + package (dependent on experience)

A leading housing/property developer is seeking an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join their team to work on a large-scale residential project based in Southwest London. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to join an established property developer that offers a clear career path with regular progression reviews, Chartership support and tons of great benefits

The ideal candidate could range from someone looking to get started in their career as a Quantity Surveyor to someone with an established history of working as an Assistant QS with the pay reflecting the experience of the individual.

Role Overview

- Title: Assistant Quantity Surveyor

- Project: Multi-Phase Residential Scheme

- Location: Richmond

- Salary: £30,000 - £38,000 + package (dependent on experience)

- Start: ASAP but they understand that they may have to wait for notice period

- Type: Permanent

Responsibilities

- Manage procurement and subcontractor packages

- Handle valuations, variations, and progress payments

- Support project reporting and cost forecasting

- Attend site and progress meetings with the wider team

- Contribute to the successful commercial delivery of the project

Requirements

- Some form of experience with Quantity Surveying whether that is educational or gained on the job

- Confident communicator with a proactive approach

- Ambition to grow within the business

- £4,500 car allowance (to be spent at your own discretion)
