After I sent him a quick video of the property, he was able to accurately assess the size of the job. He came out virtually the following day, provided a clear quotation and date, and completed the work exactly as promised. What really impressed me was how Neville went above and beyond. Not only did he clear the property to an excellent standard, but he also emptied the bins without being asked, which was a thoughtful touch. Once the job was finished, he carried out a full walk-through video of the empty property and sent it to me, along with the final meter readings. I had a wardrobe and old bedframe removed and since I couldn't get rid of them myself they were a great alternative, I just put it all outside of our flat and they put it all in the van and took it away. Both of the guys were friendly and helpful.
