The Role

You’ll run a full 360 recruitment desk and learn the commercial side of recruitment from day one:

Winning and managing clients
Sourcing, interviewing, and placing candidates
Negotiating fees and closing deals
Building long-term client relationships
Growing your own desk like a business
You’ll be trained on how to sell, negotiate, and close, not just how to send CVs.

Earnings & Progression

Commission-only position (no base salary)
Typical earnings £40,000 – £90,000+ per year for people who put the work in
Uncapped commission
Learn how to close business and run a profitable desk
Clear route to managing your own team within 12–18 months
