Description
We're opening a new bakery in the West End and are looking for a pastry chef with experience in Italian pastries, especially Ischian croissants.
The work is relaxed, but it's essential that the pastry chef be able to organize themselves independently: they'll be responsible for their own workspace and daily production, managing time and preparation independently (with the possible support of an assistant).
You'll work in a youthful environment with a strong team spirit, where your creative side will be valued: we're open to collaborating with you on new ideas, proposals, and menu development.
✅ Full-time – 40 hours per week
✅ £15–£18/hour (based on experience)
✅ Extra incentives upon reaching targets
