Cordial Advisory is a founder-led consultancy based in Oxfordshire, working with UK businesses across operations, strategy, systems and people.

Most businesses don't need to change how they operate. They need the operation to run more smoothly around the way it already works. That means small, considered improvements to the day-to-day, built with the people doing the work rather than imposed on them from the outside.

The practice is co-founded by Jack Chalkley and Anthony Pothecary. Jack leads the commercial side, drawing on a career in sales and marketing leadership, most recently as Managing Director of a luxury UK manufacturer. Anthony leads the operational side, with a long background in Lean, Six Sigma and quality systems across UK manufacturing.

We help businesses at different stages, from start-ups working out how to structure themselves properly, to established teams looking to grow without losing what makes them work. Our engagements can be a one-off piece of advice, an on-site audit with a written plan, ongoing operational support, or hands-on help building the tools and systems the business needs.

Areas we cover include business planning and strategy, financial planning and cost management, sales and marketing, process improvement, systems and tools, leadership coaching, start-up mentoring, and helping teams grow into their next stage.
