Caroline has been visiting my 96-year-old grandmother one or two days a week since March 2022, since she underwent surgery for a broken hip. This has allowed me to continue going to work and take time off for respite at the weekend, which makes it a great deal easier for me to perform my caring duties throughout the week. My grandmother can exhibit behaviour that can be quite challenging at times. Nonetheless, Caroline has shown great patience, persevering when others would have given up immediately. Caroline has learnt to handle these very stressful situations remarkably well allowing my grandmother to continue receiving the care she needs, therefore, helping her to stay fit and safe but she has also helped to keep her mentally sharp by engaging with her in conversation. Caroline has assisted my grandmother with meal preparation, cleaning, laundry and most importantly provided companionship for her. I have always been very satisfied with her work after every visit.

Caroline is incredibly compassionate, caring and professional. She helped us out during a very tough time when my husband’s dementia suddenly got much worse and he required around the clock support. She was a great support to myself and also was brilliant in the way she interacted with my husband during the 10 weeks she worked with us prior to my husband going into a home.
