We are a private production and talent company which has been given the opportunity to cast 35 short listed trial Reality Show Contestants for 2026.
We unfortunately will not discuss any conceptual details until the final stages of selection.
Requirements - Reality TV Show Pilot (Adults 18–32)
We are currently inviting applications for an exciting new reality TV show pilot being pitched to major media executives in North America. This is your opportunity to take part in the development of an innovative entertainment project before its national launch.
🔎 Who We’re Looking For
We welcome applications from adults aged 18–32 from all backgrounds, identities, and walks of life. No prior experience in television is required – we are looking for real personalities, strong character, and authentic voices.

📌 Selection Process
The casting process will take place in three stages:
Stage 1 – Initial Applications

Stage 2

Remote Options – Video Interview
Shortlisted applicants will be invited to an online video meeting with the producers, casting director, and presenter of the show.
This will be a chance to showcase your personality and discuss your potential role.
Video Audition Assignment
Final candidates will receive tailored audition instructions by email from the director.
You will be asked to record and submit a short video audition based on this brief, to determine which roles or projects your personality and appeal may best suit.

All finalists will be required to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) to protect the integrity of the production concept during the pre-production phase.
