We're expanding our Reading office and are looking for a driven, confident Trainee Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team. Whether you're already working in Education recruitment, or come from a sales, customer service or hospitality background, we'd love to hear from you - we offer full cross-sector training.

What you'll be doing:

Developing strong relationships with new and existing schoolsSourcing, interviewing, and placing education professionalsWriting job adverts and managing candidate pipelinesArranging interviews and managing placementsNegotiating contracts and delivering exceptional service to both clients and candidatesWhat we're looking for:

Experience in sales, customer service or hospitalityGreat relationship-building skills and commercial awarenessA proactive, driven, and resilient mindsetSomeone who thrives in a fast-paced, people-focused environmentWhat you'll get:
