We're expanding our Rochester office and looking for a motivated, confident Trainee Recruitment Consultant to join our successful team. With over 100 consultants across the UK, we support thousands of Primary and Secondary schools with high-quality teachers and support staff every day.

Receiving full recruitment training and one-on-one mentoringBuilding relationships with schools and generating new businessAdvertising roles, sourcing candidates, and arranging interviewsVisiting clients, interviewing candidates, and filling vacanciesWorking towards achievable targets and earning uncapped commission What we're looking for:

A background in sales or customer-facing roles (retail, telesales, call centre, etc.)Excellent communication and people skillsSomeone ambitious, career-driven, and money motivatedA strong work ethic and willingness to go the extra mileA team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment What's in it for you?
