Location: London

Salary: GBP27,000 basic + uncapped commission

OTE: GBP45,000+ (Year One) , GBP73,000 (Year 2) , GBP110,000 (Year 3)

The Role:

As a Trainee/Graduate Recruitment Consultant, you'll be trained across the full recruitment process, including:

Sourcing and engaging technology professionalsAdvertising vacancies and screening CVsBuilding relationships with clients and candidatesCoordinating interviews and managing feedbackNegotiating offers and securing placements

This is a fast-paced, target-driven role suited to confident individuals who enjoy working towards clear goals.

About You:

Graduate or early-career professional (degree preferred but not essential)Confident communicator, comfortable speaking with peopleMotivated, competitive, and results-focusedWell organised with a strong work ethicInterest in technology or commercial experience is an advantage
