ATA Recruitment are growing and we are looking for a motivated individual to join our successful Contract Recruitment team in Leicester, as a Trainee Recruitment Consultant. The successful candidate will be supporting a highly accomplished Principal Recruitment Specialist, who has built up an extremely busy desk with clients across the UK.

Generating candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, adverts, and our databaseCandidate InterviewingCandidate management to successful placementGenerating Leads and Sales DataPopulating our database with Client/Candidate information After 6-12 months you will be trained on how to become a 360 Recruitment Consultant, which consists of all the above and:
