They are now looking for an experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant within either Tech or Life Sciences to join them in the next phase of their journey. This role would suit anyone in an agency performing a 360 role who feels that maybe they're a number rather than a name, or not achieving the financial reward that goes along with success. What is the job?

You'll join a team of fantastic consultants who are specialists in their core markets, working alongside both small and large companies, both domestically and internationally You'll be given all the tools to succeed in your role, as they have a top-notch technology stack to allow you to contact just about anyone relevant in the industry, and flourish in a team of like-minded individuals.

You'll be writing job adverts from customer briefs you've taken, sourcing and screening candidates, compiling shortlists, arranging interviews and providing feedback, writing offers, and handling the onboarding process with customers. You will be expected to source your clients and nurture them into long-term relationships to maximise your income.

Your Skills:
