Regional Resourcing Co-Ordinator

Description

Our client, a leading UK plant hire business, is looking for a Regional Resource Coordinator to support rail and operated hire projects. You'll be responsible for coordinating plant operators, managing bookings, maintaining compliance, and ensuring customers receive an excellent service based in Wigan.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate plant operators for customer projectsSchedule operators and manage bookingsEnsure operators have the correct tickets, medicals and documentationMonitor rail compliance, Sentinel and competency recordsLiaise with customers, site teams and internal departmentsMaintain accurate system recordsComplete daily operator check-insSupport payroll and invoicing administration

Requirements

Rail recruitment experience preferred but not essentialOperator recruitment experience or plant industry knowledge consideredStrong organisation and communication skillsGood attention to detailMicrosoft Office experienceFull UK Driving Licence
