Recruitment Consultant

Armstrong Knight is expanding, and we're looking for a sharp, driven Recruitment Consultant to join our Accountancy & Finance division. This is a genuinely warm desk with an established client base, a constant flow of live vacancies, and the chance to step straight into billings from day one.

If you're ambitious, commercially minded and want a role where your results actually matter, you'll fit right in.

What you'll be doing:

• Managing your own portfolio of accountancy practice clients

• Writing and posting compelling job adverts

• Proactively sourcing candidates via LinkedIn, job boards and direct search

• Conducting structured candidate interviews

• Managing the recruitment process end-to-end

• Building long-term relationships with clients & candidates

• Working directly with the Director on key assignments

What we're looking for:

• Recruitment experience (any sector) OR a strong sales/target-driven background

• Confident communicator with excellent written and verbal skills

• Somebody who enjoys working at pace

• Proactive, positive and commercially switched-on

• Organised, resilient and hungry to succeed
