Managing the end-to-end recruitment process for a diverse range of international clients.Building and nurturing relationships with clients and candidates.Driving your own business development initiatives, including international travel opportunities.Using JobAdder CRM to streamline workflows Collaborating with a friendly, driven team committed to excellence.What We're Looking For:

Proven experience in 360 recruitment.Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.Organised and methodical mindset.Emotional intelligence and a high level of customer service.Someone who cares about their own and our reputation.Willingness to attend networking events out of hours.A proactive, results-driven mindset.
