A global leading dynamic company, with world leading brands as their customers, a "green" programme and expanding - are looking to recruit in their People/HR/Development/L&D team at their Lincolnshire site - based in commutable distance from Gainsborough / parts of Doncaster / North of Lincoln / South of Scunthorpe / Market Rasen.

Your new role

This is a truly fantastic opportunity for a highly motivated and ambitious individual.

You will support the People/Talent Manager providing a proactive and commercially focused people service across the business, partnering with managers to support effective people management, employee development, L&D, compliance and business performance.

The role combines hands on operational HR responsibilities with employee relations, L&D, manager coaching,

training & competency compliance, HR systems, projects, recruitment and ethical employment standards.

This is a varied and hands on role, suited to someone who is self-motivated, proactive and confident using their initiative to take ownership of priorities and drive actions through to completion.

Working in a busy and fast paced environment, you will be given the opportunity to progress and further develop your career within HR and L&D/Training.

What you'll need to succeed

The successful applicant will ideally possess a strong background in HR Generalist work (Including L&D/Training) or a background in a Training (Learning and Development) environment, where you want to be more Generalist but retain the L&D aspect of your role.Recruitment experience.Be CIPD Level 5 qualified or studying towards - or suitably equivalent experience level.Strong IT/ reporting / system skills including ExcelSelf-motivated, proactive and confident in taking ownership and driving actions through to completion, with the ability to use initiative to identify issues, risks and opportunities and develop practical solutions.

What you'll get in return

A competitive salary is on offer, dependant on your experience and skill set - from 45000 to 50000.

This is a full-time Monday to Friday role, however 4 days a week maybe considered for the right person Hybrid working - 1 day a week from home25 days holiday plus the bank holidays
