What You'll Be Doing:

Be the guardian of compliance-ensuring all HR practices align with employment law, internal policies, and regulatory standards.Lead regular audits to keep HR processes sharp and documentation watertight.Help craft and roll out policies that empower teams and protect the business.Provide expert guidance to managers and staff on all things compliance.Keep leadership informed with clear, insightful reports.Represent the organisation confidently during external audits and inspections. What You'll Bring:
