Location: Cheltenham

Hours: Full Time Monday to Friday 9am until 5.30pm Permanent

Salary: Competitive Based on Experience

Our client is seeking an HR Advisor to provide professional, people–focused support across the business. This role is suited to someone who values integrity, collaboration and delivering fair, practical HR solutions.

Key Responsibilities of an HR Advisor:

Provide first–line HR advice to managers and employees.

Coach managers on fair and consistent decision–making.

Support development and implementation of HR policies.

Contribute to HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives.

Promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture.

Support payroll and employee benefits administration.

Assist with end–to–end recruitment processes.

Monitor HR trends, risks, and legislative changes.

Deliver HR training to managers and employees.

Develop learning materials and support development programmes.

Key Skills of an HR Advisor:

CIPD Level 5 or 7 qualified.

Experience in an HR advisory role within professional services.

Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practice.

Excellent communication and relationship–building skills.

Confident advising stakeholders at all levels.

Strong judgement and ability to handle sensitive matters.

High emotional intelligence and self–awareness.

Analytical mindset with strong problem–solving ability.

Proactive and committed to continuous improvement.
