Leading London law firm is seeking a dedicated and personable HR Manager to join their close-knit HR team. This role is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to have end-to-end ownership of several fee earner groups in all their people activities.

Leading end-to-end HR operations, including onboarding, inductions, leavers and HR systemsOverseeing payroll, salary reviews, bonuses and benefits, ensuring accuracy and compliancePartnering with senior stakeholders on employee relations, performance management and complex people mattersManaging key HR compliance requirements, including SRA compliance, right-to-work and DSARsSupporting learning, development, mentoring and talent programmesContributing to recruitment and trainee attraction, including assessment and insight eventsLeading and supporting HR projects, organisational change and process improvementsProviding leadership and guidance to HR colleagues, helping to prioritise workloads and maintain high standardsBuilding strong relationships across the business and acting as a trusted HR partner to senior stakeholdersHR Manager - What We're Looking For:
CIPD Certification (Level 5)Experience in a similar / HR role, ideally gained within a law firmMust have experience in managing ER issues independentlyIn depth knowledge of HR best practice and understanding of HR strategy
