Our client is a multisite logistics/ company and have a need for an ER/ HR Advisor.

The job is a varied and busy role supporting a business going through change. This is site based customer facing HR generalist role. Based in their Slough office, the role involves providing expert end to end ER support to site managers as well as assisting with various HR initiatives and projects. NB: This is a site based role

Further aspects of the role include;

Managing/ advisor ER cases (day to day and complex) Relationship building with key stakeholders Guiding and empowering managers through change Assisting in compiling key reports Supporting various HR projects TUPE support Relationship building Employee engagement Visits to other sites Previous experience

ER, ideally gained in an fast-paced unionised environment - desirable Someone with a strong and organised personality coupled with a friendly and positive attitude. Ability to working in a very busy/ ever-changing environment Proven relationship building experience Able to travel This is a fantastic opportunity to gain exposure across multiple sites, work closely with senior HR professionals, and contribute to meaningful projects.
