Job Title: HR Officer

Location: Milford Haven

Salary: GBP28,000 - GBP32,000 per annum

The EH Group is seeking a proactive and people-focused Group HR Officer to deliver consistent, compliant and caring HR support across our organisation. You'll play a key role in recruitment, employee relations, performance management and engagement, helping to make the EH Group an employer of choice within the care and support sector.

We're looking for a confident, proactive HR professional who thrives in a collaborative environment and enjoys supporting people. You'll be organised, approachable and able to handle sensitive information with professionalism and integrity. You will be a part of a busy team, so time management and organisations skills are key to this role.

Responsibilities of our Group HR Officer

You'll work closely with managers and colleagues across the business to:

Lead on recruitment and onboarding, ensuring safer recruitment and excellent candidate experience

Support employee relations casework including disciplinary, grievance and absence management

Promote consistency and compliance in HR practice across the Group

Support performance management, appraisals and staff development

Maintain HR systems and records, ensuring compliance with GDPR and CIW requirements

Contribute to HR reporting, data analysis and continuous improvement initiatives

Essential

CIPD Level 5 qualification (or working towards) and CIPD membership

Strong understanding of employment law, HR policies and processes

Experience providing generalist HR support in a fast-paced environment

Excellent communication, organisational and problem-solving skills

HR systems knowledge and confidence with Microsoft Office applications

Desirable

Whilst not essential, the following would be of benefit:

Experience within the health or social care sector

A degree in HR, Business, or a related field

CIPD Level 7 (or working towards)

Welsh language skills
