My Client, a high billing very successful high growth business in Bromley are seeking an experienced recruitment Consultant to join as a Delivery Consultant.

They have increased demand in their Public Sector Recruitment Desks and need someone to join ASAP to work on live roles hiring Tech positions into Public Sector. They are already on the frameworks and have all the agreements in place, but really need an experienced recruiter to do delivery into their key accounts.

This is an office based role working as part of a very high billing team. You will work amongst some of the highest billers in this industry and have access to lots of live roles and a great progression scheme via delivery or 360 routes.

Commission is between 15% to 20% with half splits to delivery if you are managing full processes and the client etc.

Early Friday finishes No threshold on commission Very structured career progression and transparent targets for promotion International trips and holidays lots of sales incentives and team lunches, and prizes to motivate as you go along.

The ideal candidate

Ideally you will have worked on Public sector Tech roles in the past, if not you will need at least 12 months delivery experience into tech for a range of roles. The ideal candidate will have experience in contract and perm You will need experience managing full processes end to end with clients Ideally you will have experience of growing existing accounts and have a very commercial mindset despite focussing purely on delivery
