Graduate Recruitment Consultant Responsibilities

As a Graduate Recruitment Consultant you'll:

Source and interview high-quality candidatesBuild relationships with teachers, support staff and schoolsWrite professional candidate profiles and CV summariesMatch candidates to suitable vacanciesDevelop new business opportunitiesManage client and candidate relationshipsWork towards realistic KPIs with ongoing supportNegotiate placementsEarn uncapped commission from day oneThis is a highly rewarding sales career where your hard work directly influences your earnings and career progression.
