My approach integrates:

Mind – thoughts, patterns, beliefs, and meaning
Emotions – how feelings are experienced, stored, and released
Neurofeedback is used as a supportive tool to work directly with brain waves, helping the brain regulate itself more efficiently. Therapy then supports understanding, integration, and emotional change.
Working with the past, for the sake of your present
Many people carry experiences from the past that continue to shape how they feel, think, and react, often without realising it. In our work, we may gently return to past experiences to understand what is still influencing you today. This is not about reliving or dwelling on what happened, but about processing emotions, releasing what no longer serves you, and restoring a sense of safety and control. We look to the past only so that your present can feel lighter and your future can open up.

Therapy adapts to each person’s needs—whether they’re seeking deep exploration or just support through a difficult time.
