Feeling scattered, overwhelmed, or unmotivated?
I help adults with ADHD (or similar symptoms) find clarity, structure, and self-trust.
As a coach specialising in ADHD support, I work with both adults and students to navigate everyday challenges and uncover what works uniquely for you. Whether you’re formally diagnosed, self-identifying, or simply struggling with things like focus, procrastination, time management or low motivation — you are welcome here.
Through weekly or fortnightly sessions, we explore executive functioning skills one by one, using creative, practical strategies tailored to your life. These tools have helped many of my clients — whether they have ADHD or not — feel more in control, less overwhelmed, and better able to move forward. I use techniques from CBT and DBT, as well as coaching skills to bring about long-lasting, positive change.
I also offer support around:
- Stress, burnout and change management
- Difficulties with impulsivity, direction or routine
- Supporting friends, family or employees with ADHD
My practice is inclusive, LGBTQ++ friendly, and committed to creating a safe, affirming space for individuals from all backgrounds, including marginalised communities.
