Bristol Relationships — couples counselling, in dedicated time.

I'm a BACP Accredited Counsellor with fifteen years' experience, accredited since 2015, and I also work as a clinical supervisor supporting other therapists.

I run a dedicated day each week for relationship work through Bristol Relationships. That's deliberate — couples work isn't something I squeeze between individual appointments. It gets its own time, its own focus, and 90-minute sessions rather than the standard fifty. Two people, two perspectives, and enough room to get past the surface argument to what's actually going on.

What working with me looks like:

I'm interested in what happens between you — the patterns you fall into, the conversations that always end the same way — rather than deciding who's right. My couples training is Gestalt-based and works with the relationship itself as the client.

I work with couples at any stage, including when you're not sure you want to stay. You don't need to have decided anything before you come.

Sessions are available online across the UK, and in person in Bristol and Stroud.

If your relationship has got stuck — the same arguments on repeat, trust that needs rebuilding, or a growing distance neither of you knows how to name — that's the work I do.
