Oh my gosh, what can I say. Elaine is true to her brand name. I have no idea how she does it. Straight talking with more empathy than we ever knew existed in this world. She is so insightful and gave us a lot to think about from the very first session. After each session, she emailed us a summary and some tools to focus on in-between sessions. We weren't sure about counselling, but now we can wait for our weekly sessions. I would recommend anyone to utilise Elaine, Thanks Elaine

Not for the faint hearted Elaine will make you ask questions you’ve never thought of but what a difference it makes. She will help you see things in a different light and challenge the root cause of issues you’re facing. She always acts in the best interest of her clients and has a great no bullshit approach. Highly recommend for anyone looking to make a meaningful change.
