Hi,
Thank you for looking at my advert.
Im looking to rent either a studio with own kitchen and bathroom, or a 1 bedroom flat.
Im eligible for the 1 bed rate LHA with UC and pip looking for a flat that accepts dss.
I'm on universal credit which I get £400 plus my current rent (housing benefit) £1425 and PIP, £475 per month.
I'm just looking for the property for myself.
I'm looking to move asap. I'm a non smoker, quiet and ideally it would be great if there were no deposit or at least a reasonable one.
The areas I'm interested in are NW london, harlesden, neasden, Kilburn, cricklewood, camden,.stonebridge, wembley etc. I am flexible though
