No need for you to create a new Assured Tenancy if you do not seek to and means of payment of rent to suit you can be agreed by arrangement.

By arrangement I can paint room or your property and do other works including gardening.

All South London and other Kent or Surrey Locations considered. Ideally Easy commute to Dulwich SE22 by Public Transport.

The Other tenant here needs a New place to move to also ,so we could take 2 separate rooms in same property.
