Hello,
I’m very interested in renting your property. I wanted to be upfront about our situation so you have a clear picture.
It would be myself, my partner, and our 3-year-old child. My partner is in full-time employment earning around £30,000 per year, and we are able to pay the full deposit and rent on time.
My partner does currently have an IVA in place, however this is being managed responsibly and does not affect our ability to meet rental payments.
We understand that we do not have a guarantor, but we are happy to provide additional reassurance such as references, proof of income if required.
We are looking for a long-term, stable home and would take great care of the property.
Can pay up to £600
