Hi,
My name is Ray. I’m currently living in the Netherlands with my daughter. I’m a registered nurse here and soon to be registered with the NMC. My partner is English and we want to close the distance so I’m moving to England.
I’m looking for a 2 bedroom house to rent for a long term. Preferable 12+ months.
I’m looking for:
- An unfurnished house
- Minimum of 2 bedrooms
- Maximum of £1300 pm without bills
- Family friendly neighborhoods
- Willing to professionally set up a let agreement
Because I’m not British, I don’t have a creditscore built up.
To gain financial trust I could pay the deposit and 3 months rent upfront.
My move in date is not set in stone but beginning of 2027 is a preference.
