Hello! We are two sisters from Europe (mid-20s & late-30s) moving to London for a 3-month Erasmus exchange. We are looking for a comfortable room in Central London or within a 30-minute commute(specifically interested in Reading, Slough, Watford, St Albans, Woking, Sevenoaks, Brentwood, or Basingstoke).
We offer two flexible options:
1. Rent: We can pay up to £610 pcm for a room.
2. Stay-in-Exchange: We are happy to provide light cleaning, light cooking, and errands (shopping/pharmacy) plus friendly company in exchange for a stay or significantly reduced rent.
We are non-smokers, clean, quiet, and reliable. We are looking for a safe, non-party, and friendly home environment.
