Due to exciting new work opportunities we are looking to pass on our tenancy at WHITE ROSE VIEW, LEEDS, opposite the Merrion Centre.
We are a group of 4 friends who took the accomodation with Unite Students for the 25/26 academic year but are now taking a years leave from our courses to pursue an exciting overseas work opportunity that we cannot miss! We will leave all kitchen equipment and bedding if required.
The 4 rooms are each en-suite and share the kitchen facilities. It is on the fifth floor and overlooks Leeds Arena.
Price includes all bills and wifi.
Unite students will deal with the tenancy handover. White Rose View is only a few years old so is clean, bright and well maintained. 24 hour reception who are super helpful, personal postbox and parcel drop.
We can also pass over the contract for one parking space in a gated secure private car park less than a minutes walk away for £125 per month.
White Rose is a great student hub with gym, pool and tennis tables, cinema room, laundry, karaoke room and many study rooms. Co-op, Morrisons, Costa just over the road.
Central to University of Leeds, Leeds Beckett and Leeds Conservatoire. Train station 10 mins walk.

Would prefer to pass over as a group of 4 flats but will consider individuals (so if the 4 don’t all sublet you may have the kitchen diner to yourself!!). First come first served on the parking.
Available from December 6th onwards to 18th July 2026.
Payment installaments are £1,247.40 on 15th December, Jan, Feb & March and £831.60
in April which pays for accomodation up to 18th July 2026 which is 30 weeks remaining.
