The flat is located in Dennistoun (precisely Haghill) which is merely 20 minutes walk from Glasgow City Center. Also, the place is well supported by rich transport links including First Bus # 38 bus stop and Alexandra Parade train station with in 4-5 min walk.

The bed in the picture is queen size but it's been replaced with a single bed.

The picture of the room with single bed in place is also in the ad. Pls ignore the mess & luggage; it'll be all cleared with the current roommate leaving.

With single bed in the room you'll have a lot more space in the room.

Besides a common fridge in the hallway which can be used by all tenants, there's an exclusive small fridge in the room which gives you more space to keep your stuff.

The TV screen on the table belongs to my roommate. It'll go away with him unless you want to purchase it.


NOTE:


I am a working professional traveling and living outside Glasgow most of the month. You shall expect me sharing the room with you once in a month for just a week or so. The bed will be for you to use. I'll sleep in couch.

The total rent is £500 pm (125 pw).

You'll pay £400 pm (as you'll be living on your own for 3 weeks (3x125) plus sharing 1 week with me (125÷2).

I'll contribute £100 pm in the total rent as some of my luggage always stays in the room.

I'll chip in more in the times where I am accommodating the room for more than a week.
