Will need ID and proof of stay in the UK such as passport ect.
On the move in day rent of £650 will need to be paid in full and £500 for deposit, the deposit you will get back once you move out and the room is as it was first given to you. No couples sorry 😔
Separate kitchen and shower room available for sharing only.
